thank you as I have not ordered from this company before I was starting to get worried - day 9 for me so hopefully the status might change today. I would not mind so much if delivery had been free.

I ordered mine on the 29/12 and received on Monday 7th......was really looking forward to my delivery but as others have said it was a bit dissapointing as it was a pile of tat!! umbrella's were worth it though!!

yes, i too ordered on the 29th and no sign of order on Monday - so I rung them and they said 7-10 days, but their website quoted 7 business days, which would have made delivery yesterday - the nice lady I spoke admitted he hadn't even been picked, so I asked if they could prioritise it as there was no way they were going to make their 7 business days, and they did - was delivered yesterday. I jsut picked it up from PO today, and is fab - got some lovely bits for my girls goody bags on Saturday.

I ordered on the 28th and just got it this morning, ridiculously slow but the hearts are fantastic for my mum's wedding favours, she will be really pleased!

I placed my order on the 28th of Dec, received it yesterday afternoon though when I checked my account yesterday morning it said packed status. Very pleased with items - good quality! I got lunch boxes, bags, trinket box and a door mat. Thank you very much OP, I will keep an eye on this web site next year as I didn't know about it before!

Mine took the full 10 days but delighted with everything. OK, quite a bit of the stuff was cheap and cheerful, but at 10p for a pack of 3 erasers or a sheet of stickers, what do you expect...? At full price it would have been overpriced, but at sale prices an absolute bargain.

Ordered mine on the 31st December and still no sign....its was sat with the status showing as "printed" since, it finally went to 'packed' this evening so Im hoping I might actually receive something soon.

Annoyingly I bought some xmas decs for next year in the sale and was hoping Id receive the order before I put the tree and everything away, alas not to be the case
