  • Orange are rubbish. I ditched them a year or so ago and would rather use two baked bean tins and a bit of string if they were the only mobile provider.

    Excellent, what a well thought out post backed up with facts - we can all make a fair judgement on Orange's service by this post.

    Called the 150 line only to be told it now costs 25p to speak to an advisor!

    Does 450 still work? That used to be the free PAYG customer service number, 150 was for contract customer services which might be why it says its 25p per min.

    Not sure if any help but you can call orange from landline which might cost as charged as a mobile IIRC. Or from another mobile which has inclusive minutes available as it treats as another mobile. 07973 100150. This may work with 450? 07973 100450.

    just been on hold to Orange "Customer Services" for the 6th time today, and rang off after holding for 31 minutes. Is this a record?
