    Seems a shame to waste it as its skewered and all. Awkward things to pluck though. :rotfl:

    Thankyou FK! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Evening. I've remembered there were Burton's Dodgers (Jammie) or (Chocolate) or (Toffee) on price reduction in M. I've checked M's website and they're 57p. However, they are one of those dreaded 50p items in A, so all three of them it appears are Tv A and Sv A items. V helpful to tip a brand match to over £20 Sains. shopping bill, as long as you're not exceeding your £10, as they're £1.15 in S and 50p in A. I'm going out now, but I may be back here later in the evening.

    Just been to T's and actually hit it at the right time for whoopsies :)

    The only thing is that I didn't get the extra discounts like you would on 2 for 7, 3 for 10 etc. :( Can anyone tell me if it only works on some? Or is it because I used a hand held scanner?

    TIA
    Worked ok for me last week with scanner

    It usually goes to waste as I only ever use 1 at a time. Just seen a recipe that is virtually the same as I make mine but they use 4-6 cloves.

    I use tube of garlic puree (like tomoato), lot cleaner and saves time

    Went to a much larger Sada store today to get rid of APG voucher and saw numerous other reduced to clear items. These included:

    * Numerous frozen Asian products including chappatis, exotic vegetables, and spicy chicken/lamb/meat burgers. All had a decent reduction, i.e. started off at £3.50 and were now £1 reduced to clear.
    * Various posh jars of chutney/paste/jam/marmalade down to about £2 or £1.
    * Loads of Vaseline lip balm tubs and Nivea/Impulse gift sets down to £2.50.

    There were numerous other items but my mind has gone blank for now. Oooops!

    If I remember rightly the 75% sale is usually around 15/16 Jan, my DS birthday is 17th and it is usually same week.

    Thanks

    I used to have them in my coccyx. It is the worst pain I have had. In the end I also opted for surgery and had my coccyx removed. :eek:

    Ouch, I thought mine was bad enough. My neck is a pretty colour. Looks Like I have been bitten by a tri fanged vampire :eek:
    The SA in our Boots said she hasn't heard anything about the 75% off yet

    Oh poo, I had my eye on some of the baking things. :(
