I got some cheap toilet roll!!!!!!
Only found it in the second tesco's though - the first one had packs of 9 nouvelle for £2.50. The second one had the packs with the 100% extra free.

On the subject of uggs - I love mine (even if they did cost £180!).
I think the reason why some people slop around in them is cause you can only buy them in size plus half eg 5.5, 6.5, 7.5 so people are probably wearing them half a size too big.
Please if you're thinking of buying some only buy from a reputable shop - 98% of uggs for sale online are fake!!!!!

Uggs are the new crocs I think;)you love them or hate them. And you are right you have to be really careful where you buy them because a lot of the fakes are made of dubious stuff and can give you nasty foot infections and fungus:eek::eek::eek: Real Uggs are meant to be worn with bare feet:)

OK - wont tell you:cool: By the way, I have a smoothie maker too, its sitting in the spare room and has been used about a dozen times :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Main thing that put me off was the price of the fresh fruit I wanted to use :eek::eek:

Meanwhile, in Ts, 9 packs of Nouvelle are apparently available for £2.50 following an "offer" of £5 for 9 packs (plus 9/100% extra free). So £2.50 for 9 or £5 for 18 (apart from the current crossover glitch). Good to see that the commitment to honest pricing is in place ...

There seem to be a number of products where the normal price has been set artificially high (in cahoots with manufacturers, as it applies to other supermarkets as well) so that they can be on offer almost permanently somewhere. The "normal" price is generally much higher than comparable products for no apparent reason, and the "offer" price is possibly a fairer reflection of the value of the product, therefore although apparently on offer, it is no such thing. Pringles anyone?

If it weren't for threads/sites like this, I am sure many more people would fall for it.

There is a reason: probably that far more people will buy them if they see a crossed-through high 'normal' price and a "Half Price" banner.

I haven't bought Pringles since they were £1 a pack in Waities and I was doing an Av W comparison over a year ago. Still have a couple of packs, still in date, left. Not only has their recent 'minimum' price on shelf been £1.24 (wherever you go, and from one store to the next, changing week by week) but their weight has gone down a bit hasn't it?
