Just went into the hall and found a card to say someone had called to read my Gas meter. He must have crept down my path like a ninja as I haven't been out of the house all day.

    Afternoon elite
just back from dropping OH to hospital, he was terrified.
They read his details and he just stood there, unable to speak....
never seen him so bad and he's had lots of ops, but never THERE.
I have decided not to contact work as its up to them now.
I don't work tomorrow and have even contacted some of the staff in my office to try to arrange cover.
I also joined the union, been meaning to do it for at least ten years, I even sit next to the local rep, but she is away as her OH is having a triple bypass.......so you see there is always someone worse off than yourself, eh?
Sorry for waffle but you lot are so kind at times like this, it makes a world of difference.

Hope that all goes well for your hubby x

I'm not impressed with myself. Went to get my card out of my purse earlier and found an £8 apg that expired in December :mad::eek: I must of used the wrong one as I went out especially one day to use it up :rotfl: :rotfl:

I haven't been to Mr A's for ages. I'm hoping by the time I go tomorrow all the cheap xmas choc has been sold as I do not need any temptation!

Thanks for the cashback link. I've done it and its tracked :j
