Savvybuyer: you got my 2nd PM but not my 1st one. I replied with a 3rd to tell you what had been in my 1st but again its not in my sent box.
My original PM was a reply to a post that I was unsure if I was allowed to say on the forum. Maybe I'm not allowed to say in PM either but myself and others have now said this before in this thread. Anyway its not really that important what I wanted to say but I'm just a bit confused now about why my sent box is empty
contact red fox maybe she can shed a light on it :T0 -

Savvybuyer wrote: »Just quickly, I think Patty may have spotted a Saturday glitch pattern and we need to be checking early on Sats. I think prices - barring this unusual week - change in T on Tuesdays, and Wednes is Morries price collection day, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with anything. I think it might be due to changes in the data sets of MSM which may update on Mon/Tues. to cover new products and changes where competitors have stopped selling comparable products - these regular, more thorough data set changes obviously don't happen every week, hence why it may be Wednesdays every month or so. Or perhaps the updated data sets remove a previous glitch.
Could I say something, no offense intended in any way to anyone.
Savvy I know I quoted you, but this is more a general thought, not directed specifically at you or any particular person, so please do not be offended.
It is a wonderful thing to focus on details and discover how things work with regards to the things we do on here, but there is always some possibility of these threads being read by Sad people... I mean Sadapeople, T etc. I think one of the reasons glitches happen and take time to be removed is that they are not entirely sure how they happen either. I sort of feel that could be an area we should not outline for them.
Having a general idea, as in the days or ideas to watch for, sure, but figuring out how they happen could be a step from stopping them, or at least amending them more quickly, for any of the MITs in dark sunglasses trying to do that.
After all
'they ain't on no government lists.
They straight don't exist, no names and no fingerprints.
So if you're wombling, watch your back,
cos you never quite know where the MITs is at"
My two cents, anyway.2013 Wombles onto Giftcard Challenge £0/£1200 -
