I have to admit just woken up from a wee sleep. I was up earlier and thought I would take advantage of the fact that MIL is with others this year (first time in ten years). I have never done this and it feels very decadent. OH does the cooking anyway and is happy to do so.


Redfox so sorry to read your story - Christmas is a sad time for missing loved ones. We will be your company for the day- now isn't that a thought to cheer anybody up?:D
