  • Yes I agree, you should. I got a £15 gift card for complaining to HO about stuff not comparing correctly.
That is a load of tripe- give sada HO a load of grief over this:(
The girl on CS thought that too but manager said no!
She was so embarrassed at having to tell me this.

I have quoted these in reverse order- APG's are like cash and they effectively took Spirallings cash:eek::eek:

  • I miss Cosmic Dust. I hope she's ok :)

Perhaps she's posting under a new name - I hope so:)

  • Just had a phone call from my mum. She was in John Lewis in Westfield, Stratford. Someone has been down her bag and stolen her mobile and gift vouchers she was looking forward to spending. How can people be so mean.

She said the staff were so lovely and let her use their phone to call me. Luckily we have a very easy land line to remember - didn't know my dad's mobile off by heart.

have you asked them to check cctv in john lewis and local town report it to police you never know , people are just awful .

i always go by the though of if it was food i culd just about liv ewith it but money or posetions makes me feel sick to the bones

most people wuld give rarther than be stolen from , hope your mum was ok or is ok naw

Great posts today. I loved all the glitches. Also need to mention when you could use MOCs without buying the products. I used to use one of each when not buying product in Tecso. Used to trawl threads & have all pdfs printing loads at a time. Averaged about £50 per week doing this as went around twice each time. Discovered PTS for this. Also loved the £2 Finish MOCs that you could pick up by the hundred at Lakeland. Sold loads on Ebay as well as stocking up on free dishwasher tablets & spending off shopping & swapping for different MOCs.
My favourite this year has to be the Asda APG glitches. Have enough cleaning products for years, as well as cereal, coke, wine & robinsons for the whole of 2013, not to mention fabulous fingers.
Thanks to everyone for making 2012 a good one for us & here's to 2013 being even better.

Good evening everyone, hope you all had a good xmas,i would like to say a big thankyou to you all for the glitches,i had about 20 ff plus triggers and few other more or less freebies during December,oh and loads of bertolli...im slowly getting the hang of this now so hopefully ill be able to put a bit your way,but iv been a bit puzzled as to getting the comparrisons,do you check each item on my s, or is there a site which shows a lot of items?

also iv just see on my s, Ts finest counter british streaky bacon 20p..
  • Just got back from T's with lots of whoopsies again, we only had room in the freezer for a bit so gave the rest away to family.

    4 packs garlic mushrooms
    4 packs spicy wedges
    4 packs filled potato jackets
    3 whole chickens
    3 packs pork chops
    3 packs lamb mince
    3 packs chicken thighs
    2 packs finest chicken pies
    1 pack boneless chicken thighs
    1 pack turkey steaks
    1 pack ready cooked chicken

    £ 9.80 :D

That's the second night in a row there was loads of stuff reduced right down early .
Got told by a member of staff that they had ordered to much stuff in :D
    Excellent haul..

I tend to do my shopping early these days as "whoopsie time" really interferes with "drinkie time".:p:p

However, my Ts had loads of extra lean mince yellow stickered earlier down from £4 to £2. Thankfully, the packs were in the '2 for £7' or '3 for £10' so I got a bit extra off. :D:D

9 packs of mince for £12. Not quite in COT's league, but that is the price you have to pay when you shop at 2pm instead of 7pm.

  • Evening all
I managed to get out today to return a few excess Xmas gifts I'd bought DS but he told me days before that he wasn't interested in anymore
Most of my returns were easy but the SADA one wasn't, I'd used 2 APGs to pay for almost £18 of a £40 spend so fully expected to get the £18 on a gift card (never done this before but know a few on here have got this). SA phoned boss to see what way it worked with the APG and was told that I'd loose that money if I wanted to return the PS3 games
I said I should at least get what I paid in cash and boss told her yes I would but wouldn't get anything for the APG money, I told her I'd return one and get the £20 for it then keep the other to give to someone instead of the store getting even more money for it if they sold it again.

Need to contact asda house to see what they say, DS was very upset over not even being allowed to choose a different game or toy :(

didnt think you could return games or dvd or cds ? iv had problems before and only if faulty they told me infact im sure its most places as anyone could copy and return?
