    That was a healthy dinner!
We had left over beef done in onions and gravy with potatoes, cauli, carrotts and brussels was yummy!
Yes i need a good glitch, furthest ive been is to washing machine in shed, going to do some ironing in a while

Tomorrow I am going to address my body fat issue:D - I followed up the healthy salad with a full packet (not whole tin) of fabbies. I have a stone to shift but at least it's not two stone:rotfl::rotfl:

I can only comment on the service in the Royal Gwent in Newport and St Woolos rehab unit. They are disgusting in the services they provide in many areas not just for the elderly.

Ugh The Royal Gwent, say no more. It is dire in there (in so many ways), I'm glad I had the option of having DS at Nevill Hall.

Afternoon everyone - hope you are all good :)

Birthday Wishes to Tiger, RN DD and Calm Spirit - have a fab day!

Forgot to say yesterday that one of my pressies from my DD was the G&B minis which she bought herself at full price

You can imagine my face on opening them can't you, when I have about 20 boxes of them in the garage for a penny each. She knows I love them but I really wished she just taken one from the stash and wrapped it and kept her money (hope you all know what I mean without me seeming ungrateful, mse style) :o

Off out shopping today, first time since the weekend. Can't believe I haven't been to the sales yet!!!

This is like my mum, she got me a box of milk tray and I had already told her about the glitch and she still went out and paid full price. Some people!!!!!
  • Hi bubbs.
Glad to hear you and your stash haven't been washed away. Hope you and the family had a lovely Christmas x
