Hello all
Well still working on my budgets and debt, my computer broke the week before I lost my lenses so I have borrowed one from a friend, but all my spreadsheets were on it:eek: so I have had to get paperwork back out again and I know approx. my debt but not exactly, so I will have to have a look online if I can remember the passwords:(
Congrats to Spagbol and Kerri on babies to be born, I have a new DGD who is 2 months old now and is a little (or chunky) treasure:)
Anyway back to paperwork

I have just paid off a credit card yay :j
only one card remaining now. I owe £1473 on a 0% card until November 2014. I have a lot of expense coming up this year DS 21st in September, DH 50th in december, father in law 80th in Jan, Xmas, car insurance and MOT in January. In light of this I have decided to make minium payments to cc until february 2014and save for everything I have listed. If I pay off this card now I will only be borrowing on cc to pay for all the above....just doesn't make sense. It also means I wont be debt free by xmas 2013 but as soon as february 2014 arrives im gonna chuck any spare money i have towards paying this card off.Mortgage free 25/9/2019 8years and 7 months early 😁😁😁0 -

Had a lovely trip to London last night to meet friends - didn't have to pay for a drink all night (though I really feel guilty about that!) but I have lots of speculative plans for when I move! I'm getting really excited!
Have been paid yesterday, but it is MOT time next month, so I'm going to hold off on any updates until I have the MOT carried out. Does anyone remember how long beforehand I can get the MOT? Is it 1 week or 2 weeks?
Also congratulations on the boy Spag!!0 -

Another small payment made. However I have everything I need for my new arrival, so no stress there now ;-) Been off sick last few weeks, but feeling better now so hopefully back soon.
On course with payments for holiday next year, so everything looking good.
Payments will be lower than initially planned with baby and maternity pay, however small regularly payments should be in good place to get debt free next year xxxDebt Remaing £315 :jBreath out the past, Breath in the futureBig Dreams Start Small0
