    Hi everyone
I was wondering whether I join you all please, I have been reading the thread for a few days and I really need some help to keep me motivated to pay off the debts, especially as I have just had to put another £256 on the CC:eek: for a pair of glasses as I lost my contact lenses (not insured because very old, needed new anyway but been putting it off cos of price)

My debt isn't very big but I only work part time and as its in a shop Im not very well paid, so I cant pay off any great amounts but its all relative and it may as well be 10's of thousands, and I don't seem to be getting very far.:(

Hoping I can join and looking forwards to working out percentages etc:rotfl:

Congratulations iclaudius :T Well done on an amazing achievement!

I am looking forward to pay day on Friday, and I'm off to London to meet with one of my oldest friends, though still not really sure what the plans are. Could really do with getting a good night sleep before then though, have been awake for the last few nights with work problems, and have not had an ounce of peace and quiet in the evenings to let me get to bed early. I think your house discontent is catching amr! Though I did see this weeks email, and think it was made for you!

Just managed to clear another debt.. I was cheeky enough to ask them for a discount for a Full and Final settlement.. They agreed to accept 70% payment of the remaining debt.. So I paid them £370 and saved myself £144.33

I've not been using my gym membership enough, so have decided I need to cancel it, as that was the deal I made with myself. However, we had a health and safety event today, which (for some reason) measured our BMI, and long story short, I need to go on a diet! Bit of a dilemma... I don't find myself very motivated to go to my current gym, as you have to phone to book yourself into any classes, and they don't have enough floor space for free style work!
