Been quite hectic so haven't had time to fully catch up and missed a couple of things!

spag thankfully don't need a new battery this time, but if it happens again I'll probably just get one ASAP. I'm sure they're only about £30 or so, which would easily be saved by not getting panic taxi's!

Affordmylife let us know what you decide to do. It's a tough decision, and we definitely can help you weigh the pros and cons.

Amr how horrible! There were quite a few incidents near us when I was at uni, and it's never nice, but these thing happen anywhere! Just remember the number of days you've lived there that have been problem free, compared to this one bad day! Plus it's rarely greener somewhere else - when we moved away from a bad house, we wound up in a flat where junkies started using the close every night...

    Hello all

I haven't posted for a while as I haven't been making extra payments as we have had lot of extra expenses this month and have been saving for our holiday but have been reading so congratulations and commiserations and hugs where needed.

My dds have come out so I will add them to our total.

    £3900.66/£18458 21%

Yay I am over 20% and less than £15k left.

That £3900 is annoying me though, I might have to round it up to £4000. There is almost £60 (I just typed £60k!!! - if only) in my op account so it is dooble especially as we have decided to get a late booking for our hols after DH gets his bonus in July and not try to find all the money in the next 4 weeks:eek: will concentrate on saving the bit of spends we need and some new summer clothes. Last time I had a hol in the sun I was 1.5 stone heavier, DS keeps growing and o does DH, but outwards:rotfl:
    Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
    Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
    Make £2021 extra income - £99.75
