Thanks so much OP. I collected my cushions today and love them. The store had originally rung to say they were out of stock but then rang back to say they'd found some! So relieved! Many thanks for the post.

Have to say that I got my cushions fine, I had ordered eight square Ella and one round Ella cushion and they called to let me know that the eight square ones were there but the smaller one hadn't turned up and offered to hold my others for a week to see if the other one arrived but I wasn't that bothered for the round one so I collected my eight square ones. Young man on the phone was really polite and apologetic too.

Thankyou so much for this!! I reserved 6 of the 99p ones and 4 of the £2.49 ones for my lounge, picked them up on Friday and they are great, fantastic quality! What a find:j:j:j
I must say that their system (randomly filed orders and boxes of stock everywhere and stressed out staff) is pretty chaotic but the products are great.

I love Dunelm, went there twice last week whilst staying with my friend who has a store nearby! Would not trust them with click and collect though based on past experience, but I love to browse the shop anyway. The staff are lovely in her branch. The man saw me carrying the last of 2 blankets and rushed out from the back with another one he had found!! £15 down to £5!

Does anyone have a Shark steam mop? Just noticed they have them on sale at Dunelm and I really would like to get one, any feedback would be much appreciated.

Dunelm mill have up to 75% off in their sale, I went in to get some smaller dinner plates (trying to eat less and lose weight !!) and got some lovely ones reduced from £2.49 each to 69p, also picked up 6 placemats and coasters reduced from £4.49 to £1.29 they had lots of good bargains :T

Not a grabbit, but for anyone interested Dulelm Mill are opening a new branch in Hastings (Sussex) on 31st Jan.

I've never shopped there so am interested to see what they have!
