Reserved various items (under two orders) - to collect on 27th - but decided to go in today to check progress, one order was ready, the other partially ready - no cushions, cutlery/baskets. Luckily the cushions were on the racks but no cutlery/baskets. Staff were extremely helpful but rushed off their feet, said they had lots of reservation orders to get through. I guess you could loose reserved items if they are not picked and put aside quickly enough. Best to phone first before making the journey if you have reserved items.0
