I've just used your website, to simply try and order around £21 worth of things. First of all most items I selected were out of stock. You don't carry the majority of items in your store (poor choice). THEN when I finally had finished your website crashed, then deleted everything out of my basket!!! Needless to say, I don't have all day to be messing around with your website. I thought it would be easier to shop on-line, due to the weather. In actual fact it would have been easier to try and walk 10 miles to my nearest store, in the snow!!!! Thanks

I ordered 3 of the No7 day creams and a Dove set. All delivered to store yesterday no problems. I do actually use this cream as part of my skincare regime so will save me a bit of money this year. The creams smell just like all the other ones as well-no funny smells. Very happy

I always wonder about some people - Philosophy etc is a premium range compared to say the Champneys range. I got a few of the smaller Philosophy gift sets at 50% off and very happy with that.

got Christmas Cookie Bubble Bath in Westfield Stratford for £7 so well happy - is a 3 in 1 so you can wash hair with it and huge 500ml bottle. best to get it for that price rather than full price. also got hands of hope for half price £4.50 down from £9 - so whatever that is.... it was half price nice stocking filler.

I also got Tinsel Town - shampoo/shower gel/bubble bath and lipgloss which is a *stocking filler* for half price from £16 down to £8.

and Sugar Plum Fairy £8 down from £16 which is a boxed gift set with a shampoo/bubble bath etc and lip gloss but is more like a small present/gift but could be a stocking filler.

Plus Have a Cherry Christmas £7 down from £14.

All these will either be for me/female relatives/friends. and still more in stock online and in store.
