Might be worth double checking in your email which store it has gone to. I once had an order go to a completely different store even though I'd selected my local one.

Just had another look and it says on there my local one will give them a ring later. Snow was really bad here over the weekend so may be its still on a van somewhere

I've had that before - next time check for a text if you get them, or leave it till the end of the day to collect; the store has to book in the deliveries and if they have a lot in this can take a while. They have also booked mine in for me when I've asked arriving too early in the past just they might have to go by your name instead of order number to find it.

I had the email on Sat to say it was in and i went yesterday to get it but nothing there and its only a very small store as its in my village so they dont get many in i think they van never got here and that where the mix up is. Fingers crossed its not lost for ever

Phoned boots they have no idea where my order is so they gave me my money back and put some points on my card. Told me if the order shows up i can keep it as well so fingers crossed
