My orders arrived in store yesterday (placed on Wed last week) and home delivery today (placed Monday)! All boxes ok, no damage.

Hi all

I went into my local boots branch at lunchtime today and they had 2 stands of clearance items.

Not the usual Xmas gift sets, but toothpaste, deodrants, mouthwash, hair dye, some perfume, shampoo, scrubs, body mitts etc. Alot of Dove branded stuff was out and there were decent reductions e.g. 60p for the deos.

Didn't buy anything myself as currently using up existing stocks of toiletries but anyone who needs this above stuff might benefit from a bargain! There wasn't loads of it either so be quick....!

Could still be worth checking out your local store, I went in today and they had things out they didn't have at the start of the 75% sale. I got a 4 pack of bottled cider and 4 pack of lager and no7 nail varnish sets.

I got some lovely Christmas wrapping paper from Boots, 75% off. Single rolls + tags are 87p, a box of 4 rolls plus tags and bows is £1.25. The paper looks really good quality and a couple of the patterns look sufficiently non-festive to be used for birthday wrapping, if you're stingy like me

I placed an order the other day when lots came into stock..

Got 4 of the no7 night creams, 2 packs of the childrens xmas cards, a magnolia set for £3 and the white collection set with the towel etc for £3.50...

The no7 creams are gorgeous, such good value for money. I was a bit worried after reading someone say about receiving out of date no7 goods... but they are really nice and smell fine. The cards are also lovely and not bad value for money. Although £1.25 for 30 cards isnt the best bargain in the world in my eyes:o

Gonna take the 2 gift sets back for a refund as I have everyone pretty much sorted for next christmas, just got caught up in the moment again :rotfl:hehe
