I wasn't attacking people verbally. The reference to some people was the post you refer to not aimed at others! :-( so I don't think saying I've not made a good start is encouraging to newbies. I know it was one person, and others had commented but I didn't think that I couldn't. It is a nice forum to read so I shall stick to that.

was at Boots in Hamilton and it was mad to say the least but managed to get some stuff I wanted for birthdays and christmas well pleased did not know they did a 90% sale when will that be ?

I got to my Boots store yesterday at 7.45 for the 8 am opening and there was already a queue of 20 odd peops (more so than the last 3 years that I had done this); by the time the store opened there was a queue right down the street! Some folk waiting opposite ready to push in rather than joining the queue.

Went in the night before to check out the stock, tons of Sanctuary (doesn't seem to have gone so well this year), Ted Baker Vanity Cases, FCUK Sets, Champneys and the Large No7 sets.

Couldn't carry any of the large sets with all the other stuff and haven't really got the room to store it either so just went for the smaller items, wish I could have carried more but overall really pleased with my stash!

Shame though that no Boots Extracts to be had, was tons last year!

No probs with people buying loads of stuff but people who are buying loads of the same item like clearly taking all the Dove and Lynx sets to split down and sell in markets etc ought to be limited; you would think Boots would want as many genuine customers as possible to benefit from this.

Went back in on my way home from work - completely bare - just a small end with a few Jamie Oliver Christmas Puddings on!

Have stopped buying in the 50% sale now unless it's something I know won't last to 75% day.
Have diaried the date for next year again; so much fun! Thank you Boots!!! :j

Ordered 3.42. Still no dispatch email.
But beings at is it supposed to be here Saturday they may not dispatch until tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

But after some comments on here I am glad took a chance and ordered on line and didn't go to the store. I ordered 5 Ted Baker sets, nothing else.
They are all for Xmas gifts, but do think I would have got some dirty looks and comments had I picked up 5 in store.

Hmmm I ordered a lot later at 6.15am but I had a Ted Baker set on mine also ....hope thats not significant
