I've got my order delivered today at 10am, thats a great service (i paid for next day delivery to be sure that i'll got all the goodies)
i didnt get the dispatch email for this order and when i checked online it shows parcel cancelled so they have some serious website problems!

I placed an order @ 0310hrs and still not received a despatch email. This order qualified for free home delivery, possibly yodel (god forbid) but I had this kind of wait with my huge 50% order and didn't receive a despatch email until the day before it was due to be delivered where it was sent out via DPD for next day delivery.

The second order I placed around 8 has been despatched for store delivery to be collected on Monday!

Ordered at 3.46am and not dispatched yet. I didn't have any ted baker in my order if that helps people.

I did my online order yesterday at 8am, had my dispatch email this morning And now had text and email to say its ready for collection at store! And it wasn't supposed to be there until Monday! Hoping to collect tomorrow if snow is not too bad! Contains 2 ted baker set! Hoping its all there!

I've just opened a mango Body Shop gift set ... shower gel, soap, body scrub, body butter etc .. that was given to me for Christmas about 5 years ago .. haha!! It's lovely, smells gorgeous and fresh... so I'm thinking that the gift sets I've purchased in the sale are all ok to give as gifts next Christmas and beyond .. providing they haven't been opened! The little open tin sign on all gift sets states that once opened they last for 12M, 18M 24M .... as with perfumes .. unless opened they last and last!! HTH :money:

Hope it's not cancelled as was the main shop for Xmas and birthdays

Same problem here. However, I would imagine that at 75% off it is still pretty good value for the other items. I bought 2 toiletry bags for £1 each, reduced from £4 last week - not part of this sale. They are really nice and I might just put the products in there and give that as a gift.

I've had unopened S&G stuff 'go off' clean on me body wash and the righteous butter moisturiser - gloopy and smelt awful
