Relative disconnected 24/11, "bill reminder" email on 8/12 £0.00 due, this was after Sky confirming disconnection charges would apply !
Payments for Oct/Nov were due (canceled direct debit) approx £26 balance due to be collected 6/12.
Seems whole due balance is written off now with full disconnection amount also credited.
Poor speeds loading pages, customer care idiots on phone & email...
Hopeless !!!!!....

SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
