Hi freespirit. Thanks for asking, yes all ok, but still struggling with dodgy back. Had acupunture at the physios last week, latest in a long line of things that haven't worked for me.
Sometimes am so tired after a day at work ,just want to eat then go to bed - and sometimes eating is too much hard work. I ought to be as thin as a rail! So have been trying to keep up, but too tired to post. Have been known to fall asleep with laptop on knee!
Day off today, so able to rest whenever I needed. Bed time now though.
Take care everyone xxx0 -
Nanamia-Sorry I have just been lurking, tried to type a long reply but my head was foggy so gave up lol! It must be sad unpacking, try to concentrate on all those lovely happy memories and your next trip. xxx I have been naughty and havent been to the Drs yet, I am the best at putting things off.
I suppose at least I have got the 1st dentists appointment out of the way? I am feeling better about the psoriasis now, not so self conscious. It hasnt been this bad on my face for a while and it ground me down a bit but Im back to being used to it. xxx
Feisty-I hope it was just a dodgy reading.xx
Happy Birthday Madz. xxx
Good news on the bungalow Chrissyg, hope you're ok after your tumble? xx
Sorry if Ive missed anyone, hugs to all that need them. xxx

HI
LINDALOU Oh you poor thing, my daughter is like that she has scoliosis, but has also slipped discs before (she is only 21) she has had various treatments physio, chiropractor, spinal injection, hydrotherapy etc since the age of 9, and she is still in pain nearly all of the time, it stops her from doing a lot of things which makes her even more miserable x
MONEYSAVINGMUMOFONE I finally went to the doctors this week i was meant to see her in November :rotfl:so only taken me 4mths to get myself there, its a good job she knows what i am like, thing is when i walk out of there i feel ten times taller, her tip for me was to make early appts when there was hardly anyone in the waiting room, she wants to see me in 2 mths ha ha, good luck you can do it x
FEISTY wow so no cookies for you then, i have just died and gone to heaven, i made your cookies this afternoon, omg did they hit the spot, i have had to ban myself going into the kitchen otherwise there wont be any left by the time the girls get home!
What foods will you be allowed on this eating plan? I feel very fortunate to have my kids but i know i would try anything if i was in your position, lets hope it works for you my lovely x#103 1p Saving Challenge Back to Front 293.94/665.95Currently Reading: Christmas at Cedarwood Lodge - Rebecca Raisin Debt Free thanks to MSE0 -
I'm back from my holidays...well I have been since last week end but OH is still off work and my whole routine is up in the air. one good thing of OH being off is we have been taking the dog on long walks every day so my fitbit steps are looking good. when I walk the dog on my own I only do the short walk.
feisty how do I add you as a friend? it is still motivating me and of course I am in competition with OH. I have finally found an advantage of having small steps, if we walk the same distance I do twice as many steps!
I sold my i phone on ebay just before we went away. OH posted it straightaway and the day it was received we had an email to say it wasn't as described. OH set it back to factory settings but the woman said it still had contacts and messages on and it was locked not unlocked as was listed. OH said he was told when we bought it that it was unlocked so assumed it was. she said it would cost less than £20 to unlock it so OH sent £20 to cover this and refund the overpayment for postage to keep her quiet and avoid any negative feedback. since then we haven't heard a word. no thank you and no feedback. I am so cross:mad:
moneysavingmumofone well done for going to the dentist:T
freespirit well done for going out and planning to go a little further everytime:T
nanamia welcome back. i think a scrapbook of your holiday would be fab
feisty good luck with your diet. my friend had three boys then tried for 6 years for number 4. she had numerous miscarriages (and they were just the ones I know about:() but eventually she had a gorgeous baby boy (my godson) who was 3 in December. i so hope you have a positive outcome.
my 2 boys have a genetic condition where they don't produce calcium and have an underactive thyroid. ds1 has been losing weight over the last year so they tested him for coeliacs disease. the blood test showed positive antibodies which means it is very likely he has coeliacs but need to be confirmed. he has been referred to a paediatric gastroentrologist. if he does have it it will mean a complete lifestyle change.saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200
