I use 3 and have a perfect signal. Your sweeping statement is sof-defeating, as coverage is dependent on location. Further even with networks offering full signal may be in no position to provide worthwhile data, which is dependent on how many people are using it in your kcal area at the time.

It is, however, the most cost-effective per Mb, and should be checked out first to see if if works or you, before doing precisely the same with the more expensive alternative options.
