I cant imagine M&S would ever start them at the weekend. I think some people are just confused by the extra good final reducions that are in store at the mo. When it's managers it should be the same time in all stores.

The stock does change online but u have to be really quick - loads of time I have been too late!

Bought stuff yesterday and was further reduced but scanned at that price so that is not managers reductions. They have too much stock left to go to that.

I'm confused as to how you know the reductions are "managers reductions"
Does everything go down to less than a £1 or something
Just been to my local and some items reduced but not a massive amount
Got some girls slipper boots for £2, boys socks £1 for 5 pairs and mens shirts £9
I put back a boys suit jacket £10 scanned at £8 and a t-shirt similarly only scanning a couple of pounds cheaper
Put some stuff away to pay later but I'm having second thoughts as prices weren't amazingly cheap

Also what's with the no return policy on sale goods ?!!!!! Pffff!

There is usually a red sign with the sale stuff saying managers reductions. Real bargins I've had coats for £9 and bras for £1 x
