Great that they'll do a cheque - worth swallowing the admin fee I reckon!
For ID, passport? Driving license?0 -
Nope - no photo i'd at all.
No passport and can't drive for medical reasons so no driving licence.
I've emailed them:
A photo of my card with a few numbers blocked out as requested
A bank statement showing my name and address
A letter about my tax showing my name and address
A clear photo of my full birth certificate
I've asked if this is enough - if not i've asked if they can hold the payment to give me time to apply for an i'd card - I've asked if they'll accept a national id card - which costs £12 or so I believe.
Fingers crossed they'll either have enough info now or be willing to wait til I can get photo i'd - their site does say i'd will be needed but does not state photo i'd.Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!0 -
To prevent fraud, we require you to send us valid proof of ID and of your residential address (phone or utility bill, etc.) before you make your first withdrawal request. The details shown on these documents MUST match those shown on your account profile (name, address, phone number, and email address.) You can send your documents to us at account@livebingonetwork.co.uk. In the event you provide us with invalid details, you may risk your account being closed, and any balance being forfeited.
Due to MasterCard/Eurocard regulations, we are unable to pay withdrawals to these types of credit/debit cards. Therefore, if you make a deposit to your account using these methods, we will issue your payments via wire or cheque unless you have previously deposited using a Visa or debit card.
I've just copied the above from the site's FAQ so the ID you sent them should be okay. They will only deduct £5 from your withdrawal amount for their admin fee if they send you a cheque.
You'll still be getting £1245, so definitely worth waiting for I reckon.
I've been a member of one their other sites for a while and they do appear to be quite slow for withdrawals but they get there in the end. Hold on and don't reverse it, which is probably what they hope you'll do.
I'm sure it would have been great to have the money in time for Christmas but it can now be a financial boost for the New Year.0 -
Fingers crossed - £1245 is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick and will come in very handy.
Not bad for a £50 gamble - just a shame it's taking a while to sort out.
Have googled and does seem comfy bingo has had some negative reviews - if I do get my money ok i'll post up a reasonable review as the site itself has been fine - just the withdrawal process a bit delayed. Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!0 -
So given that they say mastercard regulations state that they cannot pay to them.
!!!!!! do they take the cards in the 1st place.
I would have a word with your bank if this is actually true.
Given that in reality due to money laundering/fraud regulations. Credits should only be paid back to the card that was used to fund the account.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
Heard back from customer services - my i'd is ok - but apparently they have restrictions on the amount I can withdraw - I can only withdraw £1000 for now.
Apparently I can only withdraw up to £1000 at a time and only 1 withdrawal per week.
Also I have to have deposited within the last 45 days in order to withdraw winnings.
So they are sending me a cheque for the £995 after their £5 fee and i'll have to wait a week to withdraw the other £250 (I desposited on the 21st November so fingers crossed my last deposit will still be within the last 45 days?)
Worst case senario I lose the £250 but still get the £995.
Odd rules - think I'll stick with mecca, foxy and jackpotjoy in the future. Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!0 -

Arcane and bizarre rules? Check!
Just don't fold, and don't allow the £250 to vanish with the 45-day rule - be stubborn it'll be worth it! :-)0 -

I wonder when they will date the withdrawal from then? You said you originally did it on the 1st December so if they take it from that you should be able to withdraw the other lot as soon as they've processed this one I'd have thought.
And if they count the 21st November as the first of the 45 days then you've still got until...er...*counts hurriedly on fingers*....4th of January(?) to withdraw again.
I reckon you might just be okay.
Let us know how you get on with it as I've never won enough from that group of sites to withdraw anything so I'm very impressed you've won so much. :T0 -

So gamble it and maybe win some more..... :T
Don't just let them keep it.
In the mean time look to get a prepay visa debit card.
These will have fee's attached, but less than losing money.
Some such as the 02 one. Allows you to simply have a virtual card, and not a plastic one.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
