You were advised in post #6 that their address is on their website.

You need to write a letter before action.
Googling it will find many samples.

Personally I'd skip the Letter Before Action and threaten a charge back via whatever medium you can contact the company.

If they ignore that ring your bank and ask to do a chargeback for goods you have not received, and that the retailer is ignoring your communications.

I went to my bank and back charged the payment. So hopefully, anytime now, i should get my money back
