It is tiny for me too.

Then increase it,(Ctrl+), to what ever suits the user.

Indeed. But irrelevant to the discussion. ;)

Maybe, but you and unholyangel brought it up.

No. Ctrl+ is irrelevant to the discussion. Not everyone knows about this ... most consumers likely won't.

(Granted, it could be argued that someone using that specific supplier may be more technically-minded and know about it. But again, this is irrelevant to the discussion).

Of course it is, more people will know about it now.

Lots of threads have posts that go off discussion,in this thread 2 posts, including yours #8, brought up the tiny font on the discussed website, I offered a solution to anyone not in the knowledge of increasing font size on a web page, if you don't want something discussed, then don't bring it up!

  • I think that bod meant that Ctrl+ option is not relevant to this particular query.
This is because if the font in question was too small for the OP to read before completing the transaction, then learning how to increase the font size at a later date wouldn't change the fact that it may have been too small to read when the contract was made.

Even if every single computer user is aware of how to change the font size, they shouldn't be required to do this as the retailer is legally responsible for ensuring that any T&C's they have are legible before anyone makes a purchase.

Not disagreeing, but as bod and another raised the tiny font, (ergo making it relevant), I just offered a solution, no need to start using the irrelevant word, if not wanting discussion then don't broach the point.

Edit, the OP never mentioned the font being to small, this was raised by other posters in posts #4 & #8, ergo making my response relevant!

  • On the subject of font size (sorry derrick) isn't the readability guideline 11.5 points? At least that's what someone told me when I was at University...
  • Ok i have some feedback, i tried to ring him/her and they have an automated answering machine which leaves messages...

Also now i have brought up to him that i want my money back in a support ticket, he didn't respond, he just closed the ticked. The worst part now, is that he has banned me from opening support tickets. So now, i have no way of contacting him.
