Why do banks close at 4pm on week days? They do in my town anyway. Rest of the high street establishments don't close till 5 - 5.30pm. :rolleyes:0

All the branches of banks I have dealt with in woking (Halifax, A&L and Barklays) are open till 4pm on saturdays, which I found odd when I moved here. I assume other banks are open similar times as otherwise they may lose business.0
