But how come a NCB isnt transferred from Car cover to Motorcycle cover, and vice versa???

As i said, if theyre not going to transfer NCB from cars to bikes and the other way round, but, they'll include car claims on bike cover..how the HELL can you expect people to play by the rules??!!
