So the only benefit over an independent is that BG will come out on a weekday between say 5pm and 9am?
I'd love to know what the % availability of engineers is during weekends and holidays?
Definition of 'limited'?

i don't know about others but I'm on call 24/7 inc xmas day & boxing day (emergencies only though i'm not going out to change a tap washer )

We run at 40% sat, 20% sun and 10% overnight but easily meets demand.

Frozen Condensate pipe?

Have they learned nothing yet?

They should bring back the good old overflow pipe idea.
A few cupfuls of water in the kitchen is a lot better than drowned boiler electrics.

I think this is not a frozen condensate pipe, but a case of the installer who missed the lecture on water+gravity at college!
Or the pipe is somehow blocked.
