I ordered three items from Debenhams on the same order early in December in plenty of time for christmas delivery.
Two of the items have arrived but instead of receiving the third they have sent me someone elses order instead of my own. (package was addressed to me with other persons invoice inside)
I have tried to telephone debenhams but its impossible to get through at the minute. Is it likely the other person has my order?
It looks like neither of us will be getting our right order in time. Whats more I am unhappy about my order details being sent to someone else.
Has this happened to anyone else at all? The item I have received is very expensive and I would be furious if the shoe was on the other foot. Dont they have an email address Ive spent most of this afternoon trying to put it right and will in all likelihood have to go shopping again for missing present

You can email them but don't expect a reply for like a week (seriously) and they will reply saying you need to ring them. Unfortunately there seems to be no low cost numbers to ring so you have to ask them to call you back but they are very reluctant to do so. They have made a huge mess up with mine and in the end refunded me an extra £6 to cover call costs. To be honest I think they only refunded me that by accident, I have posted on the vent forum so have a look!!

Thanks moreofthegood stuff, long shot considering Debenhams facebook messages at the moment but so strange the emails were almost identical and exactly an hour apart lol!I hope that my child, looking back on today

Seen as all of Debenhams online is run by The Listening Company (Serco Listening) Across Richmond and Tonbridge and Portsmouth I can't guarrentee this will work but call Portsmouth main switch at 023 9294 2100 and ask to be put through to the Debenhams campaign?
I know some receptionists will put you through. As at Manchester they did.0
