Ordered 3 items from debenhams and 2 items were correct but the other one was wrong. The package had my name and address on it but the wrong order. I rang debenhams but cant even get thorough. I would leave it untill after christmas but the item that is missing is pretty expensive.
Is there a email or anything that i can get a reply fairly quickly.

Use the 'EMAIL' US facility which is supposed to be for International orders only.

Anyone can use that email - if you look it gives lots of options to do with stores, so not really relevant to overseas customers!
