Can no longer connect to Internet - Win7 Wifi BT Homehub

Have tried system restore and reboot, no good. Any ideas?

Disconnect power from the home hub for 20 seconds, then reconnect.

When it's back up, go to Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings. Right click on the icon for your wireless connection and click on Disable (A red X will appear on the icon in the system tray). Wait 10 seconds. Right click and click Enable. Wait whilst the adapter reconnects to wifi then test.

  • Tried that, am now connected to my router, so yellow exclamation has disapeared, but still cannot connect to internet.

What does the icon in the tray look like at the moment?

Hover the cursor over the icon. What does the status message say?

Are any other connected devices able to access the net?

  • It has grey bars with a orange asterix over it.

When I hover, it says 'Not connected - Connections are available'.

However, if i connect to my router, it tries for a bit, then goes back to the above.

Every other device is able to connect to the net.

    Reset the tcp stack

To open a command prompt, click Start and then type CMD in the Search programs and files.
Right-click CMD.exe icon in Programs and choose Run as administrator.
When the User Account Control box pop up, click Yes.
At the command prompt, copy and paste (or type) the following command and then press ENTER:
    netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Reboot and then post the resetlog.txt results here

Are the 3 lights on display on the hub?

Hub is working fine. All other wired and wireless devices in the house are working fine, it is purely this Win7 desktop.

Have done that but when I rebooted, Windows just started as normal. Where do I find the resetlog.txt?
