It means that your broadband and (probably) your telephone are connected to Sky's own (LLU) equipment in the exchange. It can be problematic to transfer from a full LLU service.
You don't need a MAC in this case as its a cancellation of service not a transfer. You will need to find a new telephone/broadband provider who will a) probably charge you a connection charge and/or b) expect a minimum term of contract length. Also you MAY struggle to keep your own phone number.
I haven't had any direct experience but reading various forums it seems that the least painful way is to do a "return to donor" transfer of the phone line back to BT which may be free but will come with a 12 month minimum contract length, and then look for a seperate deal for b/band.

Another guest at the Hotel California, its about time Ofcom or whoever sorted out LLU LLU transfers.
OP may have to return to BT before they can move to another provider. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

I want to keep my own phone number so whats the plan?0 -
See if the ISP you are planning to move to does LLU to LLU transfers.
If not return your line to BT and ask them if you can transfer your phone number.
May I ask why you want to leave Sky as their rates are quite competitive. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Keeping the number is not an issue, but sometimes the only way to go direct LLU to LLU is to order a new line and have your old number ported to it.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
