Sure this has been done to death, but:

We're doing Xmas on Xmas eve this year.

    Whatever meat my mother brings.

    Vegetarian parsnip roulade
    Cauliflower cheese
    Roast parsnips
    Roast potatoes
    Carrots, peas, broccoli, sprouts
    Yorkshire puds
    Meat/veg gravy
    Bread and cranberry sauces

    Then about 4 hours later:

    Christmas pud with cream
    Homemade baked raspberry cheesecake
    Homemade chocolate and baileys roulade

Xmas day will be leftovers, plus the Lorraine Pascal nut roast pie.
