Accident on roundabout

sorry - maybe this one is clearer. Cars 1, 2 and 3 in right hand side are following each other onto the A421 (road I was going onto).



I was where car 2 is, trying to get onto the A421 straight ahead, when 3rd party flew across in front of me, wanting to continue round the roundabout.

I've got a video which is clearer as to what should be happening but can't post that on here. I can't see any reason how he can legitimately have been in front of me as he was? The claims management people my insurers have passed me to are also contacting him to ask where he was coming from and going and are waiting for his reply

Nope, it's large but becomes hatched just after the lights pushing people away from the centre in the same way as this one (for A421 entry) - presumably that's why they're rather far from the edge, as they went straight on so could see it was becoming a hatched area.

Literally 30 seconds after I stopped filming, a police car went past me - I turned round and watched him go on to the A421 in exactly the same way as me and others in my videos.

Maybe time to get a in car DVR. I bought one and only popped it on the screen to see the video quality and it caught a stupid BMW driver pulling in front of me and braking hard.

White BMW with the reg having these letters in it. WNKKR.
