How did you manage to get them to delivery to a work address as they will only send it to the billing address?
(unless your billing address is work):beer:0 -
I am sorry, how can I raise a case against my colleagues, when I was in the office with them and no-one signed for it. We are a team of 3, 1 sit opposite me and the other to my right.
If you're certain that it wasn't one of your colleagues, then you need to push back harder on RM/T-mobile. If not, small claims.I love adventures. Unfortunately, I don't get to go on them nearly enough. My simple solution? - To indulge in the digital artefacts of the adventures of others. Feel free to indulge in them with me.

sure one of your work mates have not pocketed itDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Have you seen the Royal Mail proof of signature - Surely someone must be able to decipher the name. Did your Company's usual Postie deliver the parcel? If so ask them who they gave it to.
Have you ever been asked for ID to sign for something at your door?
RM deliver to addresses,not people
The OP has already spoken to the Postie0 -

Why did you edit it?
it makes no difference
let me lay it out
Royal mail deliver to addresses,not people
So the name doesn't matter
And you have edited once more.........
why would it make a difference being a business? It has a delivery point. thats it
do you envisage a postie wandering round a building shouting out names and then asking for ID for every item?0 -

The RM site states that it may not be the person who the item is addressed to that signs for it.
As said by custardy, RM's job is to deliver to addresses, not individuals. Hence the reason there is a redirection service if you move and also why you can get items turning up for past occupants of your home.0
