Fergie76 - why don't you just get a GMail account? I think that's what Sky used before they changed to Yahoo.0

any domain will do, I use 123 altho hostgator I belive is the cheapest.
to track simply use a new address for each signup

[EMAIL="yahoo@yourdomain.com"]yahoo@yourdomain.com[/EMAIL]
[EMAIL="bbc@yourdomain.com"]bbc@yourdomain.com[/EMAIL]
etc etc all incoming mail can be routed to a normal yahoo or similar email account
whenever you receive mail you can tell where it has come from, and whether someone has sold on your address0
