no charges in Bristol, i always use them and think they are FABULOUS! low prices cheaper than rrp, free postage, fast delivery, what more can u want?! fantastic website, hope u enjoy using it too

I think that's just there because of playUSA.com. If you buy something from them then you may get charged import duty if the cost is above £18.

I have used Play for about 8 years. No problems. Even when a couple of DVD's didn't turn up in the post, they re-sent them no problem.

I've been using play ever since it was play247.com and I've never had to pay any duty. The service isn't what it used to be, but is still much better than elsewhere. I love that postage is included and that they just put one thing in one envelope then ship it - so much easier than these places that keep you waiting while they collate your order etc etc etc.

Always go through nectar e-stores to get a couple of points, too!

HMV deliveries are also sent from jersey and I use both without problem.. Have had a single item (laptop) £500 AND NO TAX
