This happened to me a while ago.

Had a NPB, and filed the dispute. When the time was up and I went to get my FVF fees back, I accidentally clicked on the wrong thing and didnt get my fee back! AHHHH!!

Anyway, I emailed flea-bay, only to receive back an email basically saying TOUGH !!!!!!!

It wasn't a massive amount, so I just put it down to experience.

Sorry, but a few posters have commented on how Moglex seems to get a kick out of generally disagreeing with posters on these boards. It isn't just me who has noticed. He deliberately picks on people.

Of course this forum is for discussing things. However, Moglex, you seem to believe you are always right, never wrong.

I don't think it's me that should be learning anything here. You are the one who ALWAYS disagrees with someone on these boards about one thing or another. I think perhaps that you should learn that you aren't in fact always right.

A couple of posters made that allegation as a distraction technique because I didn't agree with them and they could not come up with any logical objection to the point I'd made. It was just a distraction technique, nothing more.

Again, you are simply copying another poster who doesn't seem to understand the concept of debate.

As far as I can see yoiu are just thowing a hissy fit because I didn't agree with you. And discussion continues until all involved have made their points - not until razorbladekisses deigns to make a post which she believes should be taken as gospel. Do get over yourself. :rotfl:

I can't really put this any more politely: You are talking complete and utter nonsense.

Have you never heard the expression: "It takes two to make an argument"?

If I'm disagreeing with someone it is a necessary corollary that they are disagreeing with me.

What you do need to learn is that if you disagree with someone, the best way to win the argument is to explain why the case they have put is wrong. Not to tell them they are disagreeing with you and should realise that they are not always right. That's just petulant waffle.

:rotfl: what rubbish. You obviously think very highly of yourself.

I don't care that you don't agree with me. I actually expect you to always disagree with me as that always seems to be the case

In nearly every thread that you reply to you will disagree with at least one poster. I think you actually enjoy it. Even when the majority of posters in a thread think one thing 9/10 times you will disagree.

The OP had the chance to reclaim the FVF but by agreeing to a mutual the buyer had the opportunity to mess it up and did just that.

In this case the FVF are hardly fraudulent.

Then why are you making such an almighty fuss about it?

Your brain cell is getting tired. In nearly every thread you post to you will disagree with someone. Unless you just make 'me too' posts that is bound to be the case. The only difference is that you tend to get very petulant and start attacking posters who disagree with you - or in the case of this thread, the OP who han't even responded to you.

You seem to be implying I am not falling for an argumentum ad numerum. You are correct. And you shouldn't fall for one either.

The element of fraud enters because eBay make it impossible to correct a simple mistake. They do this so that they can cheat a lot of people out of a lot of fees that they shouldn't be paying.

It would be great if the OP took them to court as I'd bet money they would cave in and hand him back his money.

That is complete !!!!!!!!. I think you will find that person is you not me. You love to argue and disagree. Most of my posts are giving advice not arguing like some

    IMO it is not fraud.

Your behaviour in this thread proves conclusively that not only do you love to argue you will not tolerate anyone disagreeing with you.

You started off making a snide and sarcastic comment about the original poster not agreeing with you WHEN HE' HADN'T EVEN REPLIED To YOU. Then you started on at moglex when he stood up for the o/p.

Moglex: give up, you'll get no sense from this one. (Wasn't she the one who started up about not getting thanked for a post she'd made when everyone else is just grateful for the thanks they do get?)
  • I don't give a !!!! if people disagree with me. I dislike a certain poster picking on others time and time again on this board.

I'm not the one who likes to argue. Moglex is well known for it. Read various posts and you will see.

He or someone has already explained to you that it is the nature of debate that people disagree and that it takes two to have a disagreement.

Why do you think it is the preson who disagrees with YOU who is the problem?

You are coming across as a very aggressive and rather spoilt person who simply won't tolerate people disagreeing with her point of view and instead of having the intelligence to debate the points attacks the poster in question.

It's perfectly clear that the only reason you are persisting in attacking moglex is that he stood up for the o/p when you made a completely unjustified attack on him.

I think you should take a chill pill and have a bit of a lie down
  • I am perfectly fine thank you. However I do get annoyed with Moglex as his behaviour at times is the same as bullying which is totally uncalled for.

Of course there would be no point in a forum if everyone always agreed with each other.

I'm not attacking the OP. I simply gave my opinion on what may happen if the eBay fees do not get paid. Everyone of course has the right to stand up for what they believe in but for something that is under £10, is it really worth risking getting a black mark against your name?

Anyway, to the OP if you've felt that I was attacking you then I apologise. That wasn't my intention. I'm a nice person really.
