Ukpc

I know its been covered before lol
Basically i parked in a drop off bay, nipped to the cash machine 20 yards away and when i got back literally 2 minutes later i had a ticket from UKPC.
Now the car i was driving was not mine,am i right in thinking they can jog and just tell the registered keeper of the vehicle to ignore all correspondence?

As long as the RK is okay with that. Otherwise, the RK informs the PPC who the driver was and a serviceable address, then you ignore the 'threatograms'.

I think getting the rk to inform I was driving might be the best solution,to save them the hassle of the letters etc
