Still no sub folders for BT yahoo mail...where's BT rep ?

Hoping that the BT representative is reading this ..............
Why is it there's still no facility for sub folders in my BT yahoo mail.
I have my ' Shopping ' folder filling up at a rate on knots ! It would be soooo helpful to be able to have sub folders on the go for amazon, tesco, boots etc........
Come on BT representative why is it BT does not want to make BT Yahoo mail more user friendly ?

You would need to talk to Yahoo, BT just badge it. Better still get a gmail account.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
