Heating Oil

I ordered some Heating oil the other day and the guy put it into our tank but put too much in it. Do i have to pay for that as it wasn't my fault?

Welcome to the forum.
Covered a number of times on MSE - including with LPG.
The conclusions were that you are liable to pay, or they can remove the extra oil.
Probably best if you can negotiate a 'goodwill' rebate on the delivery.0
