Try dropping the London from it and you'll find them probably. They are part of ukcps thoughWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Yes, but the OP insists London was in the title, thus making it a different entity.Try dropping the London from it and you'll find them probably. They are part of ukcps though
Of course, that could be just part of the charade. Similar to Debt Recovery Plus and Zenith.
Letter from Zenith designed to look more scary (to the uninitiated) but only when you read the impossibly feint wording down the bottom is it clear they are the same company.0 -
It could be an error, which probably means they have done it deliberatelyWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

London was clearly on their paperwork and it appears when googled.
Look you guys seem to have my intentions wrong here, I simply wanted to ensure that nothing had dramatically changed from Oct, the details I now have from a simple straight forward answer.
The other point was that I wanted clarity on the fact that if there was no parking charge in place for a short stay, there was no possibility of there being a legal charge based on not being in a marked bay.
I simply asked for the usual answer about ignore it to be left out because, she hadn't ignored it.
And they can take it to a claim, whether they do is another matter, but when I tell someone to ignore it, they won't pursue, I want to have my facts straight
Anyway I have the info, lets leave it at that.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
Not doubting you. Exact opposite in fact.cyclonebri1 wrote: »London was clearly on their paperwork and it appears when googled.

Point i am making is; there is no record on any companies house search that i can see of that company.
So, if that company does not actually exist then someone is, at least technically, breaking the Law. This puts you in the driving seat.0 -
So she initially didn't ignore it, well like thousands of other threads on here where people didn't ignore at first, we advise ignore it from now on ! It's not rocket science and it works! Sorry if you don't like the answer but that is the best advice. Maybe you should try pepipoo, cag, piston heads or numerous other forums to see the advice there. Trust me though you'll get the same answer. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

If you had read more thoroughly you would have seen that was my advice from the onset.
Don't like the answer?, I just don't like the fact that there will always be a few that spout parrot fashion that they can't charge you, when they actually can. If they do?...... no they won't
I know it's a big bluff but to the nervous it's easy to get upset about it and I wanted to be doubly sure there was no earthly way this was real. When you are giving face to face advice or views, it's a whole lot more necessary to be absolutely accurate in what you are telling them to do.
I researched court proceedings ltd London well before I asked here but thanks for taking the trouble.
The name is quite clear on their very generous offer to settle for £120:rotfl::rotfl:I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

You are the one bothered about detail but seem to gloss over something as relevant as company name.0 -

I give up, tell you what just tell her to pay it and save us the trouble we are in replying, or better yet ask her to to post on here, because obviously you want to hear anything but ignore! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you.
