The naivety (blissful ignorance) gambit concerning the three night rule, which no official would ever put in writing or repeat when challenged if they had mistakenly stated or implied, is what the DWP fraud people hear every day of their working lives.
Evidence and/or an admission of an ex allegedly kipping regularly on the couch, or anywhere else, inside a former partner's home outside of exceptional circumstances is enough to sink the claimant. Other links they unearth is merely jam on top to strengthen their conclusion that's based not on proof but weight of evidence.0
