Natwest Payment In Over Xmas?

Hello
I'm just trying to do some budgeting for the Christmas period and I wonder if anyone has any info on payments going into Natwest over the Christmas period.
I know that Monday Paymrnts show as in your account on Saturday and when I've been due money on a Tuesday after a bank holiday Monday, I've also had that in on a Saturday.
I'm due money in on 27th, which is a normal banking day, but is preceeded by Boxing Day (Bank Hol) so would this be a Saturday/Monday credit?
Just trying to work out what's in, what's going out and what's left!

I would imagine it will show on Tuesday but not 100% sure.0

A credit due on the 27th will show from Christmas Day, as will any debits going out of your account.0

Because the Monday is also a bank holiday in this instance.

It will show on the Thursday 27th as it is a normal bank working day.As would any payments OUT of the account e.g. direct debits. If your payment would have been due on either Christmas Day/Boxing Day this year then it would show on your account on the 24th December. The clue is in the word "Bank Holiday"
Hope this helps.0 -
If its due in on the 27th then budget for it to be in then, Not rely on something Natwest do as a courtesy.0

Your money will show on the 25th, as Natwest will treat Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week as one business day. As the others have said, and direct debits due out on the 27th will also show as leaving the account on the 25th.0

Bank holiday..... Seems the only people who get it off are non bank staff :rotfl:
On the contrary, there will be bank staff in call centres working. Many people out there other than bank staff don't work bank holidays......teachers, solicitors, council officers to name a few. I'm a bank employee who works Saturdays, now that is not a bank working day - work that out?
And besides if you work a bank holiday then your employer has to give you the equivalent time off for you to take at another time.0 -
Brill, I have a few DD's out between 25-28th, was hoping they'd mostly lump them all out on the same day!0
