hi all
i am new to this PAYG stuff with voda...Had contract before ?
I am trying to add a £15 Freedom freebie and it says i already have the maxiumum amount of packs ???
So my question is
How do i know what packs i have and when they expire ? Been through various menu options on 2345 and cant seem to find out.
Also is the online registration broken ? I can login but where it says about balance is there "technical problem" and thats about it

Hi Darren,
It's just a quick post to acknowledge this thread and to confirm that I've replied to you here.
On a general note you can't add another Freebee until your current one expires and so if you exceed your allowance you'll be charged at our standard PAYG rates which can be found on our website.
Unfortunately, I can't provide you with a link to the relevant page due to the MSE guidelines we're obliged to follow.
Kind regards,
Lee

Hi Darren,
The packs expire after thirty days and can be monitored online or via the My Vodafone app if you've got an iPhone, an Android smartphone or a BlackBerry.
As you're still experiencing difficulties with this could you email me as per the details provided in your other thread?
Thanks,
Lee

Hi Darren,
To help you further here we'll need to access your account.
As such, could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it will take you to the Contact us form on our website.
To ensure that it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line and once our automated reply arrives update the thread with your email reference number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Thanks,
Lee
