Until Ebay tackle INR false claims - which must be millions a day - i just like to let other sellers know - yes the buyer IS scum and is getting away with it.
If your worried - you can just put "sorry your item failed to arrive - full refund given". Not a false pos - but other sellers can see a pattern.
I would like to see buyers no of INR claims listed.
I know some will say yes, but some areas have lots of mail go missing. Well - have the decency to stop ordering then - or get off your lazy behind and tackle Royal Mail. Don't make others pay!!!!!!!0 -

I'm surprised the PO doesn't log claims by addressees for claims of non-receipt. I would have thought Royal Mail would have started rejecting 'serial' non-receipt claims for addresses which routinely claim not to have received items.
And if those 'routine' INR addresses and their eBay associated IDs were passed to and blocked by eBay, imagine the difference it would make!

They have been known to ban sellers from claiming - but they should look at where the people claiming INR are living - like you say.
I have emailed my INR buyer , and offered to complain stongly to Royal Mail on her behalf - about all the mail she has had go missing.
Just trying to scare her out of leaving me a neg (i will obviously still have to refund if she maintains none receipt).
If i thought Royal Mail cared, i would be happy to tell them i think the buyer did it guv. But as they are about to make INR claims EASIER for lower amounts - it seems they don't really care. They will be pushing items over £20 to be recorded though - only for the postman to deliver it without a signature.0 -

Unfortunately, if you warned RM that you had an INR scammer on your hands, my guess is that they'd reject that particular claim and any others from you... and take no notice of the scammer's details!"The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.
