I got an MSE code for 50% off, I had an online chat with a man from Sky named Bruno, he talked me through the different packages and what I was going to go for.
I told him I had a 50% off voucher from MSE and told him that it was taking the monthly cost down to £21.50 but when I went to the confirmation page, it was taking it back to £34.50
He assured me that my first bill would be £21.50 and not £34.50...so !!!!!!?
I saved the entire chat to my desktop. Has this happened to anyone else? I guess it's not a great start to our relationship lol

Entertainment Extra and Sky Movies, the guy told me that I'd pay £21.50 (half of £43 - which I guess is the total for Extra and movies)0

Yep, just had to call 4 different people, apparently I've been "miss-sold" and I have to email CS and they can view the online discussion I had with the advisor.
I specifically asked him 3 times if the offer would come off on my bill, even though the order confirmation showed the full amount and I was "rest assured the offer will come off"
Well. What a load of !!!!!!!!. No one on the phone could help me. Ridiculous. Not a great start.0 -

I just hope they'll stand by what he said, I mean, what are my other options if they say no?
Ugh, I dont want to pay full price for it because then it'll be more expensive than what I was paying with Virgin0
