Legal Protection Insurance Add On Query

What I am trying to find the answer to is in my original post.
There is no point in paying for legal cover on my home insurance AND my car insurance if the both cover the same thing......
The other coverage you tend to get with Home but not Motor is a 24/7 legal advise line which tends to cover any topic -v- the claims aspect which just covers the topics mentioned (employment, property, injury & contract)0 -
Right so following on from these comments.
Has anybody any views on using this company for home & motor legal expences cover ???

Looking at the policy it is fairly restrictive eg:
Only 2k cover for Employment Law disputes
No cover for purchases etc bought before the inception date
No boundary dispute cover
No medical malpractice cover
No ID fraud action
Slightly concerningly they state they wont cover cases where the effort for recovery is disproportional to the likely settlement. This is evidently very subjective and I'd take a wild stab at the fact it is probably effectively a lower limit than you'd thing (given solicitors are typically ~£200 an hour under LE cover) where as normal cover is for up anything over £100
Most notably there is no legal advice line... for insurers the advice line is one of the most costly parts to run and so its no wonder their pricing is so much cheaper for Home than a normal insurer.0
