I ordered one of these last month. Paid £49.99. Very pleased with it. It replaced Dyson cylinder which was nearly impossible to empty even though it was only a couple of years old.

01753 869365 Is the number for Bissell homecare, I have tried this one to check and it is Bissell. It gives the option of press 1 for customer services, 2 for finance including order information etc.

It may still be wrong for this order but if you get through to a human being then tell them you are not able to phone 0870 numbers as they are blocked on your phone. Most companies then put you through to who you need to speak to.

I phoned customer services today and its still out of stock the girl I spoke to said that they usually send a letter out to customers informing them of the delivery date, she had no idea when the new stock would be in
